A game written by Dieter Marfurt
--------------------------------------
In the year 2738 our planet is
undertunneld many thousend times.
Corridors and pipelines all around.
Tunnel number 122/674/793 E34A0 is
actually occupied by artifical
intelligent robot - subjects wich
started to reproduce themselves.
Your job is to go out and make
ham out of them.
Version 1.1 Main chanches : Joy-
stick now Mod-compatible.
Hardware requirements:
STF/E 1 MB RAM
Low resolution.
Maybe it runs also on a falcon, I
did not test this.
This prog is freeware and can be
distributed however you like if
nothing is chanched in this files.
It started all like this: I wrote
a new Mod-song using the heavy
Strato - samples that I found in a
amigarelated corner. Then it happend.
A fly tru a pipe and shoot'em up-game
for guys with loud hair'n'long music
was born! Unusual to write the music
i think. However, the main bug was
that the trakkerplayer didn't work
with the joystick. It simply turned
off all the interrupts in reg B.
It took me some time to find out
how easy it was to turn on the joy-
stick again.
Now you can play it either with
music and joystick, or without musx
and with joystick and sound FX.
If you're a coder and you need a
player that supports a joystick and
if you know a bit about GFAbasic then
write me a letter! I'd like to see
more STF-games with modsound in the
background. Work with tricks to use
the remaining Proc-time effective or
impressive ( like the colorcycling
in this one).
This Prog was compiled with an early
Version of the GFA-Basic Compiler
so there
could be some incompatibilities to
TOS 2.06, Mint, Mag!c, NVDI ...
In this case:
Try to turn off music or sound fx in
the options-screen in the beginning.
Using the keyboard in OUTGUARD:
control move to left side
return move to right side
shift move down
tab or ¨ move up
Space: Fire
F10 Quit
