  4. The Settings Notebook can only be accessed via the Update View Window, by RMB 
  5. on a command icon and selecting Settings from the context menu.

  12. There are four Tabs attached to the Settings Notebook:

  22. Only the Command Tab is shown if the RMB was on a Script command otherwise all 
  23. four are available.

  27. For this page the following entries may be made:

  29.    Internal Command 
  30.  
  31.    If an internal command is required to be executed (non OS2 command line 
  32.    entry) then a drop down list can be obtained to be selected from by clicking 
  33.    on the right side down arrow. Select the option required by clicking on it. 
  34.    To jump to the entry required then type in the first few letters into the 
  35.    protected entry field until the correct entry is shown.

  37.    Repeat 
  38.  
  39.    An entry can be made here, between 1 and 99, to represent a repetition 
  40.    factor if an internal command had been selected. For instance if Send 
  41.    Control String had been selected then whatever Control is sent will be done 
  42.    so n times depending on the repeat value.

  44.    If the Wait Period internal command was selected then this would represent 
  45.    the number of seconds to wait. 
  46.  
  47.    External Command or Internal Parameter 
  48.  
  49.    This Entry Field will contain either an External OS2 command to be executed 
  50.    or if an Internal command had been selected then this entry will be treated 
  51.    as the parameter. Say for instance the Send Control String internal command 
  52.    had been selected then this could be set to {down} to emulate a down arrow 
  53.    key depression.

  57. For this page the following entries may be made:

  61.    For this entry three fields are provided to contain the Year, Month and Day 
  62.    that the automation for the command is to begin.

  66.    For this entry three fields are provided to contain the Year, Month and Day 
  67.    that the automation for the command is to end.

  71. For this page the following entries may be made:

  75.    For this entry three fields are provided to contain the Hour, Minute and 
  76.    Second that the automation for the command is to begin.

  85.    For this entry three fields are provided to contain the Hour, Minute and 
  86.    Second for the interval that is allowed to elapse before the command is 
  87.    repeated. This is handy for monitoring type commands that need to be 
  88.    executed on a regular interval type basis.

  96.    Within this group are 5 check boxes for the week in the month. If it is 
  97.    checked then the command will be executed this week.

  99.    Also there a 7 check boxes for the days of the week. If it is checked then 
  100.    the command will be executed on that particular day.

  104.    Within this group are 12 check boxes for the months of the year. If it is 
  105.    checked then the command will be executed this month.

  114.       selected to represent the dates that automation is not to take place.

  119.       selected to represent the dates that automation is only to take place on.
