  13. DESCRIPTION

  15. The system locks up, requiring a cold boot, when exiting any Full 
  16. Screen session under OS/2 Warp 4 with Trident Cyber 9320 SVGA drivers 
  17. loaded. The problem does not occur in VGA mode. IBM ThinkPad 365 and 
  18. 760 models that use this chipset experience this problem.

  20. RESOLUTION
  21.  
  22. IBM PC Company support is currently working with Trident to resolve 
  23. this problem. It has been determined that it is caused by a driver 
  24. failure, and there is currently is a BETA driver available to resolve 
  25. it. It is available only by dialing into the IBM PC Company BBS at 
  26. (919) 517-0001.

  34. Go into the private files directory; the filename is VFOS2BTA.EXE.
