  11. DESCRIPTION
  12.  
  13. Getting "Invalid DOS version" message when issuing a Novell NetWare 
  14. NETX statement in a DOS session. Cannot attach to the Novell server.
  15.  
  16. RESOLUTION
  17.  
  18. 1. Point to DOS Window, DOS Full Screen, or an application icon; then
  19.    click mouse button 2.
  20.  
  21. 2. Select Open.
  22.  
  23. 3. Select Settings.
  24.  
  25. 4. Select the Session tab.
  26.  
  27. 5. Select the DOS Settings button.
  28.  
  29. 6. Go to DOS_Version and add NETX.COM,4,00,255.
  30.  
  31. 7. Go to the DOS_LastDrive setting and change the drive letter to E, or
  32.    the drive you want before the Novell drives start. For example, set
  33.    the drive to E so the Novell drives start at F.
  34.  
  35. 8. Save the settings and restart the DOS session.
