  5.    Create Utility Diskettes Has Problem with Preformatted Diskettes

  10. DESCRIPTION
  11.  
  12. Utility Diskette 0 is not startable when a blank, preformatted diskette 
  13. is used with Create Utility Diskettes. The following error occurs when 
  14. you attempt to start the system with this diskette:

  16. Non-System disk or disk error
  17. Replace and press any key when ready.
  18.  
  19. RESOLUTION
  20.  
  21. 1. Insert a diskette into drive A: that is not blank; however, 
  22.     the diskette will be formatted and all data will be destroyed.

  24. 2. Double-click on OS/2 System on the Desktop.
  25.  
  26. 3. Double-click on System Setup.
  27.  
  28. 4. Double-click on Create Utility Diskettes.
  29.  
  30. 5. Click on Create.
  31.  
  32. Note: For Utility Diskettes 1, 2, and 3, it is OK to use blank, 
  33.       formatted diskettes.
