  8. DESCRIPTION
  9.  
  10. During installation, a red screen appears at Diskette 1 with the 
  11. message:

  13.    No CD-ROM device support found.
  14.  
  15. RESOLUTION
  16.  
  17. Disable Fast SCSI and Synchronize under the Adaptec Setting
  18. option (Ctrl+A). This lets OS/2 Warp install Diskette 1 and
  19. recognize the CD-ROM.
  20.  
  21. Note: The system has a Sound Blaster card, but the Toshiba
  22.       CD-ROM is connected to the Adaptec 1542C SCSI controller.
