  13. DESCRIPTION
  14.  
  15. When installing OS/2 Warp Connect, the following error message is 
  16. received when Diskette 1 is being used:
  17.  
  18.    SYSINST2.EXE failed to return the target drive -- PSZSEG=NULL
  19.  
  20. The error message appears between the Welcome to OS/2 screen and the 
  21. Easy/Advanced Installation screen.
  22.                                                                
  23. If FDISK or CHKDSK is run, a SYS0201 or SYS0202 message is received. 
  24. CHKDSK and FDISK for previous OS/2 versions run OK.
  25.  
  26. RESOLUTION
  27.  
  28. To resolve the problem:
  29.  
  30. 1. Insert the Installation Diskette in drive A. Turn on the computer,
  31.    or press Ctrl+Alt+Del if it is already on.
  32.  
  33. 2. When prompted, remove the Installation Diskette and insert Diskette
  34.    1.
  35.  
  36. 3. When the Welcome screen appears, press F3 to go to a command prompt.
  37.  
  38. 4. Type the following, pressing Enter after each (x is the disk drive
  39.    where OS/2 Warp is installed):
  40.  
  41.       x:\
  42.       x:\OS2IMAGE\DISK_1
  43.       SYSINST2
  44.  
  45. If this procedure doesn't work:
  46.  
  47. 1. Ensure you are using the correct OS/2 Warp CD.
  48. 2. If you have a network card, try removing it.
  49. 3. Install OS/2 Warp Fullpack, and then the Connect Network features.
