  13. DESCRIPTION
  14.  
  15. During installation of OS/2 Warp for Windows on a ZEOS Pantera P90, the 
  16. system beeps or locks up while trying to read Diskette 2 in the 
  17. XDFormat. The disk starts listing files and you receive a SYS0045 error 
  18. message.
  19.  
  20. RESOLUTION
  21.  
  22. 1. At the command prompt, type E CONFIG.SYS and press Enter to edit the
  23.    CONFIG.SYS file.
  24.  
  25. 2. Change: IBM1FLPY.ADD
  26.    To:     IBM1FLPY.ADD /A:0 /U:0 /CL:NONE
  27.  
  28.    This disables the cache on the IBM1FLPY.ADD device driver.
  29.  
  30.    Note: You must do this before the first restart after Diskette 6,and
  31.          again after the restart using Diskette 0 and Diskette 1.

  33. 3. Save and exit the file; then shut down and restart the system and
  34.    continue the installation.
