  11. DESCRIPTION

  13. When installing OS/2 Warp on a Gateway system, the process locks up at 
  14. Diskette 1.
  15.  
  16. RESOLUTION

  18. Check the system BIOS level. If it is 1.00.03.AF1, you need to upgrade 
  19. to a later version. Later versions are 1.00.06.AF1 and 1.00.08.AF1. 
  20. Contact the vendor for additional information.

  23. about upgrading BIOS.
