Using Dedicated DOS Session on System with Unnamed Partitions Results
in Error Message

DESCRIPTION
In a system with Boot Manager installed, unnamed partitions, and
dedicated DOS/Windows support installed, the following message appears
when returning to OS/2 from a dedicated DOS session:
"Default system None not found, hit any key"
Pressing any key displays the Boot Manager menu screen and the startup
process continues as expected.
RESOLUTION
To prevent this message, name the partitions:
1. Open an OS/2 window.
2. Type FDISK and press Enter.
3. Use the up and down arrow keys to highlight a partition that
contains an operating system, such as DOS or OS/2.
4. Press Enter to display the Options menu.
5. Use the up and down arrow keys to highlight the selection
Add to Boot Manager menu... and press Enter.
6. Type a partition name when prompted, then press Enter.
7. Repeat steps 3 - 6 for each partition that contains an operating
system.
8. Press F3 to exit the FDISK screen.
