  12. DESCRIPTION
  13.  
  14. When launching the WebExplorer (Modem) icon, the following message 
  15. appears:
  16.  
  17.    Cannot start LINKUP.EXE, make sure the path is 
  18.    correct or you may not have enough memory.
  19.  
  20. RESOLUTION
  21.  
  22. 1. Open an OS/2 window session. 
  23.  
  24. 2. At the command prompt, type E \CONFIG.SYS, then press Enter.
  25.  
  26. 3. Add the following directory to the LIBPATH= statement:
  27.  
  28.    C:\IBMI18N\DLL;
  29.  
  30.    where C: is the drive where OS/2 is installed.
  31.  
  32. 4. Save and Exit the file; then shutdown and restart the system.
