  3. RexxNews v 1.1a:
  4.               The public release of RexxNews had a bug in the NEWUSER portion
  5.               of the code that kept newusers from connecting.  A couple of
  6.               other minor changes were made...
  7.  
  8. RexxNews v 1.1:
  9.               The second public release.  RexxNews 1.1 adds numerous features
  10.               to RexxNews, including:
  11.  
  12.                   * Multiple NEWSRC files
  13.                   * POST, FOLLOWUP and REPLY commands
  14.                   * Automatic reconnection on timeout (only partially tested)
  15.                   * Subscribed/Unsubscribed group status
  16.                   * The NEXTGROUP command to go to the next subscribed group
  17.                     with unread articles.
  18.                   * The LISTGROUPS command to list groups and optionally 
  19.                     subscribe to them.
  20.                   * More and improved HELP pages.
  21.                   * Automatic setting and restoration of screen size
  22.                   * A substantially improved read mode.

  24. RexxNews v 1.0a:
  25.               An immeadiate bugfix to replace the publicly available
  26.               RexxNews v 1.0 (which had problems with the 'Q' command
  27.               while viewing an article)

  29. RexxNews v 1.0:
  30.              The first publicly released version of RexxNews for OS/2
  31.              written by Albert Crosby <acrosby@uafhp.uark.edu>.

  34.              A 'simple' nntp client included with the rxSock package,
  35.              served as the initial inspiration and base for developing
  36.              RexxNews developed by Patrick Mueller of IBM served as the
  37.              inspiration and original base for RexxNews.  The program has
  38.              changed dramatically since then.
