  4.  The main window allows you to make the most important settings directly by 
  5.  using the respective functions. For a more detailed printer setup use the 
  6.  dialog boxes.

  8.  When you click on the OK button you will exit the driver; the most important 
  9.  settings will be saved.

  11.  When you click on the Cancel button you will exit the driver; any changes, 
  12.  however, will not be saved. 
  13.  
  14.  When you click on the Help button a help text for this window will be 
  15.  displayed. When you press the F1 key a help text for the active element will 
  16.  be displayed.

  24. Line wraps will be correct only if the format settings in the driver match 
  25. those of the printer. Therefore, you have to specify here the paper format 
  26. loaded into the printer.

  28. Use the selection field "Paper format" to load a predefined paper format.

  30. Use the associated button "╨┐" to open the dialog box Paper formats, where you 
  31. can define new paper formats.

  38. Use these buttons to specify the orientation of your printout:

  40.  Portrait:     The document is printed in portrait orientation.

  42.  Landscape:    The printout will be rotated by 90┬░. This function is 
  43.                particularly important when using printers which are not able to 
  44.                load paper with the wide side first. If you select the format A4 
  45.                Landscape in your application program and A4 in the driver, you 
  46.                can print documents in Landscape orientation.

  53. In this field you can enter the number of copies you want to print. The printer 
  54. driver will create the copies, so that the application program does not have to

  85. Under Warp Version 4.0, some applications mix up blue and green. This error may 
  86. occur if your application uses palette colors and the driver is in true color

  100. Here you specify which color rendition the driver offers the system and your 
  101. applications.

  103.  On:    True Color mode with 24 bit per pixel. This mode with 16,777,216 colors 
  104.         enables the best possible presentation of colors or gray scales.

  106.  Off:   Palette mode with mit 8 bit per pixel. This mode with 256 colors saves 
  107.         memory and computing time.

  114. Select the paper source you want to use. Depending on the printer model you can 
  115. select one of the various paper sources.:

  117.  Manual feed:   Load each sheet of paper separately into the printer.

  119.                 Before printing a new page the Print Manager prompts you to 
  120.                 load a new sheet of paper. 
  121.  
  122.  Bin 1:         The printer loads the paper from bin 1 of the cut sheet feeder. 
  123.  
  124.  Bin 2:         The printer loads the paper from bin 2 of the cut sheet feeder.

  126.  Bin 1/2:       The printer loads the first sheet from bin 1, all other sheets 
  127.                 will be loaded from bin 2.

  129.  Tractor:       The printer loads continuous paper from the tractor unit .

  162. settings. Enter a name and click on the Load or Save button.

  167.               be deleted. These settings can no longer be activated.

  169.  Load:        After you have selected the name, click on this button to load

  172.  Save:        After you have entered the desired name, click on this button to 
  173.               save the settings and exit the dialog box.

  180. This dialog box offers additional possibilities for specifying the paper 
  181. format.

  183.  Format:          Use this function to select one of the predefined formats or 
  184.                   choose the last entry User-defined to define your own format.

  186.  Measuring unit:  Use this function to set the measuring unit valid for entries 
  187.                   and output.

  189.  Size:            This field displays the exact size. 
  190.  
  191.  Margins:         This field shows the margins set by the printer. The 
  192.                   printable area is the result of subtracting the margins from 
  193.                   the size.

  195.  OK:              When you click on the OK button you will exit the dialog box.

  204. Use this dialog box to define and customize your own paper formats.

  206.  Paper format:    Select one of the existing names or enter a new name.

  208.  Delete:          When you click on this button you will delete the selected 
  209.                   paper format.

  211.  Size:            Enter the size of your format. 
  212.  
  213.  Measuring unit:  Use this function to set the measuring unit valid for entries 
  214.                   and output.

  227. Enter the paper width which can be used for printing (the area between the 
  228. perforation), not the total width. 
  229.  
  230. A wrong page length will multiply with each page. For example, if the page 
  231. length differs only by 0.1 mm, the top of form offset after printing 100 pages 
  232. will be 10 mm. 
  233.  
  234. The distance between 2 holes of the perforation is 1/2 inch. 
  235.  
  236. Usually the page length of continuous paper is a multiple of 1/2 inch or 1/6 
  237. inch. In most cases, the measuring units Inch or 1/72 inch are suited best.

  242. Here you can select print options. 
  243.  
  244.  MicroWeaving: 
  245.       MicroWeaving is the Method used by EPSONS's STYLUS printers to print a 
  246.       image free of stripes. Printing is some faster without MicroWeaving. 
  247.  
  248.  Fast (Bidirectional): 
  249.       The print head prints with alternating direction. This is faster but not 
  250.       as precise. 
  251.  
  252.  Color mode: 
  253.       Select Color or Monochrome. 
  254.  
  255.  Half-tone process: 
  256.       The printer is only able to set or not to set a pixel. To show all 
  257.       colors, a half-tone process is required. Choose a process for best print 
  258.       quality or a fast process. 
  259.  
  260.  Standard: 
  261.       Choose the standard setting for best quality.

  263.  OK: 
  264.       When you select the OK button you will exit the dialog box. All settings 
  265.       will be saved.

  267.  Cancel: 
  268.       When you select the Cancel button you will exit the dialog box. However, 
  269.       any changes will not be saved.
