  4. availablity of the Mitsumi CD-ROM Device Driver for OS/2.

  6.   Current features:

  8.   o Text mode only support (no audio or multimedia) for the following
  9.     Mitsumi CD-ROM Drives:
  10.  
  11.     o CRMC-LU002S    (a.k.a. Tandy CDR-1000 catalog #25-1077)
  12.     o CRS-UF1201     (a.k.a. DAK $199 special)
  13.     o CRMC-LU005S
  14.     o Multiple drive support in any drive combination. Up to four
  15.       drives per driver.

  18.   Planned features:

  20.     o Full audio support
  21.     o Full multimedia support for the CRMC-LU005S
  22.     o Full Photo-CD support for the CRMC-LU005S
  23.     o Read-ahead caching for all supported models

  28.     o OS/2 V2.0 Service Pak or above
  29.  
  30.   Pricing:

  32.     The current driver which supports text mode only operations is
  33.     being offered for $10 (plus shipping & handling). The future
  34.     enhanced driver (which will include the above planned features)
  35.     will be priced at $25 (plus shipping & handling). Users of the
  36.     current driver will be able to upgrade to the enhanced driver for
  37.     an additional $10 (plus shipping & handling), when available.
