  8. Today, IBM announces increases in one-time charges (OTC), program
  9. upgrade charges and software advantage charges for IBM Communications
  10. Server for OS/2 (R) Warp, Versions 4.0 and 4.1.  The new prices are
  11. effective September 9, 1997.

  14. The charges provided in this announcement are suggested retail prices
  15. for the U.S. only and are provided for your information only.  Dealer
  16. prices may vary, and prices may also vary by country.  Prices are
