  9. of $500,000, based on suggested retail price (SRP), of WorkSpace
  10. On-Demand, OS/2 Warp 4, or OS/2 Warp Server are eligible to receive,

  44. For customers who are not currently participating in Software
  45. Advantage, this transaction, done as the initial order of an
  46. Advantage agreement, will qualify them for this promotion and enroll
  47. them in Software Advantage so they are eligible to receive a 35%
  48. discount on this order, and a 35% guaranteed minimum discount for the
  49. two-year Software Advantage agreement term.  (Refer to Software

  61. Installation, as defined in the IBM Customer Agreement must occur on

  71. Advantage customers who qualify for this promotion will receive a 45%

  130. support must be selected in place of the Enhanced Support Services
