  10. IRUNCMD [timeout [command] [parameter]] [/?|/H]
  11. RUNCMD waits the specified amount of seconds, if
  12. L-SHIFT, L-CONTROL and L-ALT are pressed simultaneously.
  13. If that is the case, CMD.EXE (or %%COMSPEC%%) is started.
  14. If ESCAPE is being pressed during the wait period, RUNCMD is
  15. aborted without executing CDM.EXE.
  16. If the file ?:\_RUNCMD.CMD exists, it is executed additionally.
  17. If the file ?:\RUNCMD exists, RUNCMD will interrupt uncoditionally
  18. and this file will be deleted.
  19.    timeout             - specifies the time to wait in seconds. Default: 3.
  20.    command [parameter] - OS/2 command with parameters, that is to be executed.
  21.                          Default: empty, %%COMSPEC%% is being executed with
  22.                          no parameters
  23. Syntax for CONFIG.SYS:
  24.   CALL=d:\path\RUNCMD.EXE
