This program lets you interrupt the startup
processing during CONFIG.SYS. RUNCMD waits
for a specified amount of seconds. If a key
combination is pressed or a flagfile is
present, a command processor or a specified
command is executed, otherwise CONFIG.SYS
processing proceeds.
English and german National Language Support.
