  4. Working fine with APC SmartUPS 650, APC BackUPS Pro 420, with SIO or
  5. standart COM drivers.
  6. Other UPS types _not_ tested but both Smart & Back Pro must to work.

  9. Work only with normal 3-lines smart cable, look into cable.txt for it.
  10. Dont work with new plug'n'play cable for Windows.
  11.  
  12. Very simple - just check current UPS status, detecting on-line, on-battery,
  13. low-battery situations.
  14. Extra feauture - executing external programs (and .cmd) on events.
  15. Also present administrative shutdown / down / reboot.

  17. Usage: M_UPSD.EXE [command] [config_filename]
  18.  
  19. Commands:
  20.    -check      Check M_UPSD and UPS presence
  21.                rc=0 - ok, rc=1 - no M_UPSD, rc=2 - no UPS
  22.    -shutdown   ShutDown OS
  23.    -down       ShutDown OS and UPS
  24.    -reboot     ShutDown OS and reboot PC
  25.  
  26. Run without any command for daemon mode.

  28. Config file can be defined in command line, or M_UPSD.CFG from program
  29. directory or %ETC%\M_UPSD.CFG
  30. If no cfg found program will use default settings.
