  5. PURPOSE : ->DBEClip.exe is a utility which adds clipboard cut&paste function-
  6.           ality to Designer Softwares' DBExpert(TM) v2.0x database program for
  7.           IBM OS/2 2.1x and OS/2 Warp(TM).          
  8.           ->DBC_INST.CMD is a REXX installation script which creates a desk-
  9.           top program object.
  10. REQUIRES: OS/2 2.1x or higher and DBExpert v2.0+. Installation script requires
  11.           that OS/2 REXX support be installed.
