  10. CopyPad copies the character selected by the user to the clipboard. All the 
  11. characters presented are from OS/2's ASCII set. It is meant for people who use 
  12. such characters on a regular basis, like European symbols, since they can't be 
  13. typed in without knowing the ASCII value. 
  14.  
  15. To copy a character to the clipboard, find the section where it resides. The 
  16. section's characters will appear in the grid below. Double-click on the 
  17. character. It will appear in the titlebar. It is now copied to the clipboard. 
  18. The current active character will also appear in the OS/2 window list. Some 
  19. more descriptions follow.

  21.  Hide automatically 
  22.            Automatically hides the window after any character is chosen. By 
  23.            default, this property is on, which explains why CopyPad keeps 
  24.            vanishing before you.

  27.            Activates the Product information dialog box.

  30.            Activates this help file.

  36. ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2. Installing CopyPad ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ

  38. To run CopyPad, you should have 
  39.  
  40.      OS/2 Warp 3.0 or above, 
  41.  
  42.      the REXX component installed, and 
  43.  
  44.      the View.exe INF file viewer. 
  45.  
  46.  To install CopyPad move the following files to a target directory of your 
  47.  choice, like \OS2\APPS. They must all reside in the same directory.

  51.      CopyPad.dll

  53.      CopyPad.ico 
  54.  
  55.      CopyPad.inf

  57.      CPins.cmd 
  58.  
  59.  Add this directory to the HELP path in your CONFIG.SYS. It will only become 
  60.  active once you restart OS/2. By running CPins.cmd, you may create a desktop 
  61.  object for CopyPad.

  63.  To uninstall CopyPad, delete the above files from their directory, and remove 
  64.  the desktop object.

  69. CopyPad is provided as a fully-functional product, with no limitations. 
  70. However, it is shareware.  If you regularly use this product, please be kind
