  5. 0 - General Public Chat
  6.  
  7.         This is the default channel that is selected for people when
  8.         they enter public chat.  There are no restrictions regarding
  9.         access level or SIGs required to access this channel.
  10.  
  11. 1 - Technical Chat
  12.  
  13.         The access level for this channel has been set to 25 so that
  14.         unvalidated accounts are excluded, but, at the same time, full
  15.         subscriber access is not required.  The reason for excluding
  16.         new, unvalidated accounts is that these unknowns will sometimes
  17.         use rude or inappropriate language.  In a real-life, commercial
  18.         application a team of programmers, engineers or technical
  19.         support people would be assigned to participate in the technical
  20.         chat channel as part of their daily work activities, to provide
  21.         quick answers for customers' questions.

  23. 2 - Singles Network
  24.  
  25.         This chat channel is reserved for those who sign up for the
  26.         Dial-Your-Match (DYM) special interest group (SIG).  In
  27.         addition, it has a minimum access level that only allows access
  28.         to full subscribers.

  30. 3 - Anonymous Chat Channel
  31.  
  32.         This channel, like the Singles Network, is restricted to members
  33.         of the Dial-Your-Match SIG having full subscriber access.  For
  34.         those who are shy, anonymous chat channels offer a higher level
  35.         of protection, by not displaying account codes.
