  1.               Welcome to BUEd/2 - the BBBS User Editor for OS/2.

  5.   Thank you for trying BUEd/2!

  7.   Before you run the program you have to set up the configuration file
  8.   BUED.CFG. Read the BUED.DOC for help.
  9.  
  10.   Take a backup of your BBBSUSR.DAT (just a precaution) and start the 
  11.   editor by typing BUED + Enter ;)
  12.  
  13.   Do note that all mousefunctions are disabled in this OS/2 version of
  14.   BUEd. I'm very sorry for this, and I hope I'll manage to fix it for
  15.   the next version.

  17.   Any comments/suggestions/bug reports are appreciated, and register
  18.   the program so that the silly delay disappears.
