  4. │ This message is displayed during logon to a user who subscribes by   │
  5. │ date when his account has less than one week of subscriber access    │
  6. │ remaining.  You post it as a message to account "1WEEK" on your      │
  7. │ "utilities" sub-board, or prepare it off-line using your favorite    │
  8. │ text editor and use the BBUTIL program to load all ".UTL" files into │
  9. │ messages on your "utilities" sub-board.  Limit your message to 72    │
  10. │ characters wide to prevent wrap-around.                              │
