  4. │ This message is displayed during logon to a user who subscribes by   │
  5. │ time or cents when his account has less than one hour of subscriber  │
  6. │ access remaining.  You post it as a message to account "1HOUR" on    │
  7. │ your "utilities" sub-board, or prepare it off-line using your        │
  8. │ favorite text editor and use the BBUTIL program to load all ".UTL"   │
  9. │ files into messages on your "utilities" sub-board.  Limit your       │
  10. │ message to 72 characters wide to prevent wrap-around.                │
