  1. Here's the list of file echos you are currently hooked up to.  Please take a minute to compare my list to yours.  If we don't agree, send a NetMail message to Raid to fix things up ... 
  2.  
  3.  To: raid             < must be the word "raid" (upper/lower case)
  4.  Subj: password -I -Q < your remote access password; try the password
  5.                         listed in the status display if you're unsure.
  6.                         -I (optional) asks Raid to file-attach an 
  7.                            information file to the reply.
  8.                         -Q (optional) displays available areas with
  9.                            descriptions rather than only the names.
  10.  Body:                     
  11.  areaname       < add an area    \  one change
  12.  -areaname      < delete an area /    per line please      
  13.                 < no add/delete implies a status request
  14.
