  14.   ECHOLIST  Semi-official monthly echo/group conference listings

  19.   The following file areas are restricted or private.  Access must
  20.   be arranged in advance.

  25.  Address a NetMail message to RAID to add or delete file echos...

  27.  To: raid             < must be the word "raid" (upper/lower case)
  28.  Subj: password -I -Q < your remote access password; try the password
  29.                         listed in the status display if you're unsure.
  30.                         -I (optional) asks Raid to file-attach an 
  31.                            information file to the reply.
  32.                         -Q (optional) displays available areas with
  33.                            descriptions rather than only the names.
