  8. - HOW TO INSTALL:
  9.  
  10.       *** Requirements:
  11.         Windows 3.x
  12.         about 750K free hard disk space
  13.  
  14.       If you just unpacked this from a single ZIPd file, then copy all
  15.       the unzipped files to a floppy OR use the dir. you unzipped them
  16.       to where it says A: floppy in the instructions below. 
  17.  
  18.       1)  Start Windows
  19.       2)  Put disk in a [floppy] drive, suppose it's A:
  20.       3)  In Windows Program Manager:  
  21.          Choose Menu option File, then Run, then type in A:\setup
  22.       OR, In Windows File Manager:  
  23.          Goto A: drive, double click on Setup.exe
  24.       4)  Follow setup instructions.
  25.       This file and NEATSTUF.TXT will be copied to whatever directory 
  26.       you instruct Setup to put the program in.
  27.       PLEASE READ THE REST OF THIS DOCUMENT.

  30. WHAT IT IS
  31. ----------
  32.  Higher is a dice game.  You start by pressing the Start 
  33.  button, which bets your 'Ante' and rolls the first two dice.
  34.  If the second is less then or equal to the first, then you
  35.  lose the Ante.  If the second is greater, then you're still
  36.  in business.  Take double the ante and run (by pressing
  37.  the 'collect' button) or pust your luck that the next die
  38.  will be higher still.  If it is, the Current Bet (amount you
  39.  can collect) doubles.  If not, you lose.  When you roll a 6
  40.  you win and collect automatically (unless first die was a 6
  41.  also).  After you collect, win automatically, or lose, press
  42.  Start to repeat.   A spin button lets you change the amount
  43.  of your Ante at the start of each round.

  46. WHO MAY USE IT
  47. --------------

  49.  This program (even the promo version) is shareware, not freeware.
  50.  If you plan to keep it around for serious use you must
  51.  purchase/register it.  Print out the file NEATSTUF.TXT
  52.  (can be conveniently done from DOS Edit or Win Notepad, for 
  53.  instance) and fill out to register this and other products.
  54.  As a registered user, you will be sent the latest full versions
  55.  of all products ordered.

  57. MAY I PASS A COPY ON TO FRIENDS?

  59.  You may always pass on a copy of NEATSTUF.TXT to anyone.
  60.  As for the program itself, only the PROMO versions may be
  61.  distributed.  Also, the promo version must be passed on in
  62.  either:  1) the zipped file you perhaps just unzipped, OR
  63.  2) the original distribution disk layout, which has the
  64.  following files, all in the root node, all WITHOUT any
  65.  kind of compression or encryption:

  100. NOTE TO VISUAL BASIC OWNERS

  103.  The Setup.exe for this product was created using VB 3.0's
  104.  Setup Wizard.  Setup Wizard creates [Visual Basic] setup
  105.  programs to install other Visual Basic programs.  The
  106.  Setup program will display a dialog of all the files to
  107.  be copied.  It will copy only the ones you do not already
  108.  have (in an equal or younger version), so there is no need
  109.  to worry about overwrites.
