- HOW TO INSTALL:

      *** Requirements:
		Windows 3.x
		about 750K free hard disk space

      If you just unpacked this from a single ZIPd file, then copy all
      the unzipped files to a floppy OR use the dir. you unzipped them
      to where it says A: floppy in the instructions below. 

      1)  Start Windows
      2)  Put disk in a [floppy] drive, suppose it's A:
      3)  In Windows Program Manager:  
	     Choose Menu option File, then Run, then type in A:\setup
	  OR, In Windows File Manager:  
	     Goto A: drive, double click on Setup.exe
      4)  Follow setup instructions.
      This file and NEATSTUF.TXT will be copied to whatever directory 
      you instruct Setup to put the program in.
      PLEASE READ THE REST OF THIS DOCUMENT.


WHAT IT IS
----------
 Higher is a dice game.  You start by pressing the Start 
 button, which bets your 'Ante' and rolls the first two dice.
 If the second is less then or equal to the first, then you
 lose the Ante.  If the second is greater, then you're still
 in business.  Take double the ante and run (by pressing
 the 'collect' button) or pust your luck that the next die
 will be higher still.  If it is, the Current Bet (amount you
 can collect) doubles.  If not, you lose.  When you roll a 6
 you win and collect automatically (unless first die was a 6
 also).  After you collect, win automatically, or lose, press
 Start to repeat.   A spin button lets you change the amount
 of your Ante at the start of each round.

 
WHO MAY USE IT
--------------

 This program (even the promo version) is shareware, not freeware.
 If you plan to keep it around for serious use you must
 purchase/register it.  Print out the file NEATSTUF.TXT
 (can be conveniently done from DOS Edit or Win Notepad, for 
 instance) and fill out to register this and other products.
 As a registered user, you will be sent the latest full versions
 of all products ordered.

MAY I PASS A COPY ON TO FRIENDS?
--------------------------------
 You may always pass on a copy of NEATSTUF.TXT to anyone.
 As for the program itself, only the PROMO versions may be
 distributed.  Also, the promo version must be passed on in
 either:  1) the zipped file you perhaps just unzipped, OR
 2) the original distribution disk layout, which has the
 following files, all in the root node, all WITHOUT any
 kind of compression or encryption:

 PLEASE DO NOT DISTRIBUTE THIS PRODUCT IN ANY OTHER FORMAT!

 If you just give someone a copy of the EXE file, it won't even
 run for them (unless they already use Visual Basic 3.0 Prof. Ed.). 
 Only the above distribution methods allow for proper installation.

NOTE TO VISUAL BASIC OWNERS
---------------------------

 The Setup.exe for this product was created using VB 3.0's
 Setup Wizard.  Setup Wizard creates [Visual Basic] setup
 programs to install other Visual Basic programs.  The
 Setup program will display a dialog of all the files to
 be copied.  It will copy only the ones you do not already
 have (in an equal or younger version), so there is no need
 to worry about overwrites.
