  6. This is the free software license for ICE Browser version 4.0; it
  7. covers private use, use of third-party application programs based on
  8. ICE Browser, and development of free software for the free software
  9. community.

  13. The ICE Browser toolkit is a product of ICEsoft AS.

  16. You may use the ICE Browser to create application programs provided that:

  20.     Your software will NOT be bundled for mass free distribution (mail shots,
  21.     CD's, magazines etc).

  28. If you are evaluating ICE Browser for use in commercial applications, you must 
  29. ultimately sign and accept a written agreement. A draft agreement is available
  30. from the WEB at http://www.icesoft.no/ICEBrowser/licensing.html. You may evaluate
  31. ICE Browser for 60 days using this free license after which time you MUST contact
  32. ICEsoft and have a written agreement to continue using ICE Browser.
