  6. This is a summary of the commercial software license for ICE Browser
  7. version 4.0x The licence which you accepted and signed at the time of
  8. purchase is the licence that applies to commercial use of ICE Browser.

  10.                    COPYRIGHT AND RESTRICTIONS

  12. The ICE Browser toolkit is a product of ICEsoft AS. 
  13.  
  14. You may copy and distribute class libraries for this version of the ICE
  15. Browser for use in commercial applications under the terms specified
  16. in your signed licence agreement.
  17.  
  18. You may use this version of the ICE Browser to compile, and run
  19. application programs legally developed by third parties.
  20.  
  21. You may use the ICE Browser to create application programs provided that
  22. you use the ICE Browser only to build new
  23. software you develop, and you may only distribute the ICE Browser
  24. as part of this new software. You may not include the
  25. ICE Browser in a software development kit or other library or
  26. development tool that exposes the API's of the ICE Browser
  27. without first negotiating a specific license for this purpose with 
  28. ICEsoft AS.  Except as permitted by applicable law and this License, you may
  29. not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, rent, lease,
  30. loan, distribute, create derivative works from the Software or transmit
  31. the Software over a network.

  37.                        LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  39. ICEsoft makes no obligation under this license to support or
  40. upgrade ICE Browser, or assist in the use of ICE Browser unless otherwise
  41. specified by written agreement.

  43. In no event shall ICEsoft be liable for any lost revenue or
  44. profits or other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential
  45. damages, even if Parallab has been advised of the possibility of such
  46. damages.
