  23. and any  other person  who is squeezed by time, terrorized by too many time
  24. pressures, or  anyone who  wants to  take advantage  of  time  rather  than
  25. succumb to it.

  33. Thomas B. Cross is the chairman of Cross Market Management Corporation.  He
  34. was the recipient of the Outstanding Information Technology Award from the
  35. Associated Information Managers for the Matrix Transaction exchange, an
  36. innovative computer tele/conferencing and information management system.
  37. He received the Teleconferencing Award for Greatest Overall Contribution by
  38. Teleconference Magazine.
  39. Mr. Cross received his B.S. and M.S. at the University of Colorado where he
  40. completed post-graduate work in information management.  He teaches
  41. Advanced Digital Telecommunications and Telecommunications as a Strategic
  42. Management Tool at the University of Colorado and in the graduate program
  43. of Telecommunications at the University of Denver.  He is on the CU
  44. Graduate School Advisory Committee and the Telecommunications Program
  45. Advisory Committee.  He has taught seminars on advanced business
  46. communications and tele/conferencing for Business Communications Review and
  47. in England for Pergamon Infotech.
  48. Mr. Cross has written over 100 articles on tele/conferencing, electronic
  49. mail, telecommunications, intelligent buildings, and information technology
  50. which have appeared in Telecommunications, Computerworld, InfoWorld,
  51. Management Technology and Business Software Review, to name a few.
