  5.       The reports available at this time are Zip Bulk Report, Zip+4 Bulk
  6.       Report and Carrier Route Bulk Report. Select "Print Reports" in the
  7.       Main Menu. After selecting the type of report to print, the following
  8.       box will appear:

  12.       See Appendix B in the on-line documentation for further instruction
  13.       in what to enter in this box. This is put in the appendix because the
  14.       instuctions are the same for three other locations in this program.

  16.       Next, you are prompted with "Print every Nth record:" which allows
  17.       you to do a test mailing report for every 10th, 20th, etc. up to
  18.       every 99th record. The default number displayed is the "Print every
  19.       Nth record" from the current Label/Letter/List template.

  22.       Zip Bulk Report
  23.       ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
  24.       This report will print the quantities of all 5-digit, 3-digit, State
  25.       and Mixed State pieces in that order. The minimum requirement for
  26.       this report is that all records have a 5-digit zip code.
  27.  
  28.       An index file indexed on the assigned "Zip Code" field is needed to
  29.       print all reports. If the secondary index field is the assigned
  30.       "Carrier Route" field, you will be asked if you want to include
  31.       qualifying and/or non-qualifying carrier route records.

  33.       If your zip code field length is 10 or 12 characters in length, you
  34.       will be asked if you want to include records with a 9 or 11 digit zip
  35.       code.

  37.       You will also be asked if you want to:

  39.                           A) Sort for 3rd Class
  40.                           B) Sort for 2nd Class
  41.                    
  42.       The only difference between 3rd class and 2nd class is that 3rd class
  43.       is sorted in groups of 10 or more qualifying pieces and 2nd class is
  44.       sorted in groups of 6 or more qualifying pieces.

  46.       The report is preceded with today's date, the name of the database,
  47.       the total records in the report, whether or not Zip+4 records were
  48.       included, whether or not qualifying and non-qualifying CAR-RT records
  49.       were included. The report is followed by the total number of zip
  50.       codes in the report.

  52.       All records included in the report are sorted by category. The first
  53.       category is all records with 10 or more from any 5-digit zip code.
  54.       The second category is all remaining records with 10 or more from any
  55.       3-digit zip code. The third category is all remaining records with 10
  56.       more from any one state. The fourth and last category is any
  57.       remaining pieces. Further explanation of mail sorting is provided by
  58.       your main post office.

  68.       Zip+4 Bulk Report
  69.       ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
  70.       This report is the same as the Zip Bulk Report above except that the
  71.       minimum requirement is that the zip code field contain a zip+4 zip
  72.       code. Records without a zip+4 zip code are automatically excluded.

  74.       If the assigned zip code is 12 characters in length or you have
  75.       another 2 character field assigned as the Delivery Point field, you
  76.       are asked if you want to include records with 9 digit zip codes.

  78.       You will also be asked if you want to:

  80.                           A) Sort for 3rd Class
  81.                           B) Sort for 2nd Class

  93.       Carrier Route Bulk Report

  95.       This report will print the quantities of all qualifying and/or
  96.       non-qualifying carrier route records. The minimum requirement for
  97.       this report is that all records have a 5-digit zip code and carrier
  98.       route.

  100.       An index file indexed on the assigned "Zip Code" field and assigned
  101.       "Carrier Route" field is needed to print this report. You will only
  102.       be asked if you want to include non-qualifying carrier route records.
  103.       This same question is asked when printing bulk labels. This report is
  104.       followed by the total qualifying routes and the total qualifying
  105.       pieces.

  107.       A qualified carrier route record is one of a group of 10 or more from
  108.       any carrier route within the same zip code. Non-qualified carrier
  109.       route pieces are grouped by the first 3 digits of the zip code. The
  110.       following are example entries from this report:
