  7. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors and Disk
  8. Vendors who wish to distribute the MSSINF.ZIP package (containing all
  9. the files necessary  for installing the Shareware version of
  10. System Census for Windows), including an extract from the license
  11. agreement and suggested program descriptions and keywords.
  12.  
  13.                                DISTRIBUTION

  15. The complete license agreement is contained in the file 
  16. LICENSE.TXT.

  18. The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
  19. regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of 
  20. System Census for Windows:

  22.      You are specifically prohibited from charging or requesting
  23.      donations for any such copies, however made, and from 
  24.      distributing the software and/or documentation with other 
  25.      products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written 
  26.      permission.

  28.      One exception: Disk Vendors approved by the Association of
  29.      Shareware Professionals (ASP) are permitted to redistribute
  30.      System Census for Windows, subject to the conditions in this
  31.      license, without specific written permission.

  44. System Census for Windows is a Windows application that reports on 
  45. all levels of a PC system running Windows and may be on a network. 
  46. It reports on elements of the current Windows, DOS, network (if 
  47. applicable) and hardware configuration. System Census for Windows
  48. provides this information for both diagnostic and configuration 
  49. management purposes. The information may be viewed, saved to disk 
  50. or printed.

  55.      Windows version 3.1 or higher.
  56.      DOS version 3.3 or higher.
  57.      Hard Disk with 500KB available

  59. Registration:
  60.      $20 plus $4 shipping and handling (US or Canada) or
  61.      $20 plus $6 shipping and handling (all other destinations)

  63.      Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank.  International
  64.      postal money orders in US dollars are also accepted.
