This file provides information for Shareware Distributors and Disk
Vendors who wish to distribute the MSSINF.ZIP package (containing all
the files necessary  for installing the Shareware version of
System Census for Windows), including an extract from the license
agreement and suggested program descriptions and keywords.

                               DISTRIBUTION

The complete license agreement is contained in the file 
LICENSE.TXT.

The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of 
System Census for Windows:

     You are specifically prohibited from charging or requesting
     donations for any such copies, however made, and from 
     distributing the software and/or documentation with other 
     products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written 
     permission.
     
     One exception: Disk Vendors approved by the Association of
     Shareware Professionals (ASP) are permitted to redistribute
     System Census for Windows, subject to the conditions in this
     license, without specific written permission.

                         Suggested Description

System Census for Windows is a Windows application that reports on 
all levels of a PC system running Windows and may be on a network. 
It reports on elements of the current Windows, DOS, network (if 
applicable) and hardware configuration. System Census for Windows
provides this information for both diagnostic and configuration 
management purposes. The information may be viewed, saved to disk 
or printed.

                           Other Information

Requirements:
     Windows version 3.1 or higher.
     DOS version 3.3 or higher.
     Hard Disk with 500KB available

Registration:
     $20 plus $4 shipping and handling (US or Canada) or
     $20 plus $6 shipping and handling (all other destinations)
     
     Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank.  International
     postal money orders in US dollars are also accepted.
