  1.     This is a version of ddd 2.0 compiled on the PPC linked
  2. against Motif. It appears to be very robust and functional.
  3. The description is below...

  5. The Data Display Debugger (DDD) is a comfortable graphical user
  6. interface to GDB, DBX, XDB the popular UNIX debuggers.  Besides ``usual''
  7. features such as viewing source texts and breakpoints, DDD provides a
  8. *graphical data display*, where data structures are displayed as graphs.
  9. Complex data structures can be explored incrementally and interactively.
  10. Other DDD features include: debugging of programs written in C,
  11. C++, Pascal, MODULA-2/3, FORTRAN, and ADA; machine-level debugging;
  12. hypertext source navigation and lookup; GDB/DBX/XDB command-line
  13. interface with full editing, history, and completion capabilities;
  14. breakpoint, backtrace, and history editors; optional program execution
  15. in terminal emulator window; debugging on remote host; on-line manual;
  16. interactive help on the OSF/Motif user interface.  DDD has been designed
  17. to compete with well-known commercial debuggers.  For more information
