  9. 1)   SHOW with the [LABEL] option will always display the  CREATE 
  10.      field  as  it is off,  even when file create time  and  date 
  11.      stamping is set on.   The time and date stamping still works 
  12.      correctly.

  14. 2)   The value for Number of Console Control Blocks field in  the 
  15.      System  Data  area  always appears as  5,  even  though  the 
  16.      operating system accesses to proper number of consoles.

  31. 1)   SUSPEND  mode does not work properly if a process running in 
  32.      suspend  mode is switched into the background and then  back 
  33.      into foreground.

  35. 2)   If  the  starting  address  for the MDISK is  set  to  0  as 
  36.      described in the Users Guide, the system will not boot.
  37.  
  38. 3)   Handshaking  does  not  work correctly when using  a  serial 
  39.      printer. (Fixed by Patch 01)
