  8. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions  before 
  9. installing and using this software.  Your installation of this 
  10. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and the 
  11. warranty and any other conditions specified in the License Agreement 
  12. that can be found on Zebra's website at: www.infopager.com.

  15. Ownership

  17. This software is the sole property of Zebra Pushware Solutions, Inc.
  18. (hereafter Zebra).  The license is for a single user who has the 
  19. right to install the viewer on a single PC.  The Viewer may not be 
  20. copied or installed to a server, bulletin board or any other multi-
  21. user access point.

  23. The license does not include the right to alter or modify the 
  24. infoPager Viewer in any means.

  27. News Sources

  29. Possession of this Viewer does not guarantee delivery of any news 
  30. sources.  Arrangements with news sources must be made by the 
  31. individual user according to the terms of each news supplier.

  34. Governing Law

  36. If this product is installed by a user in the United States, this 
  37. agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

  39. If installed outside the United States, local laws may apply.

  42. Disclaimer of Warranty

  44. This program and all associated files are licensed "as is" and do 
  45. not carry any warranties regarding computer performance, commercial 
  46. viability or any other warranties expressed or implied.  In partic-
  47. ular, there is no warranty with respect to the absence of viruses 
  48. or with respect to any damage which may result from installing 
  49. or operating this software.

  51. Proper computing practice requires a trial run of any program in non-
  52. mission critical environments.  These tests should be run with 
  53. non-critical data before relying on the Viewer for mission critical 
  54. or other important applications.

  56. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  The 
  57. liability of the software vendor is limited exclusively to replace-
  58. ment of a defective program against return of the defective disk.

  63. After installation the user is required to supply a one time
  64. registration information as a candidate for the license to go
  65. into effect.

  68. $29.99 plus postage/handling.

  73. The licensed user may not transfer or distribute the software 
  74. to a third party without the express written consent of Zebra.
