129.BLD Noncommercial bill of sale for used goods
~This general bill of sale is appropriate for used
~goods sold noncommerically (consumer to consumer).
~It allows the goods to be sold free and clear, or with
~an outstanding lien.
lemon.BLD Automobile-- lemon car notice
~This is a notice used to start the "lemon car" procedure of the
~states that have lemon laws.
4100.BLD Bailment (Agreement to lend or borrow personal property)
~This is an agreement which covers the many things that can
~happen when one person borrows or holds property for another.
~This form is intended to go over in advance issues such as the
~responsibility for repairs, and the limitation of liability of
~the person who is allowing their goods to be borrowed.

~This form is designed to prevent the numerous disputes that
~persons get into when they sell used goods. Under the law if a
~consumer sells something few, if any warranties other than the
~person has the right to sell the items. Prevents or settles

~If a consumer is denied credit or insurance due to information

~reasons. This form is used to revoke acceptance.

~In many consumer sales situations, such as door to door sales,
~there is a right to rescind (cancel) the transaction within a
~certain period of time, usually 3 days. This form is used to
~cancel the transaction.

~This is a claim for refund of shipping charges in excess of the
~appropriate tariff.

~Unlike a consignment, this is an agreement by the seller to
~repurchase all or a part of goods which it has sold. Under this
~agreement title does pass to the goods, but the seller will take
~some or all of the goods back for whatever reasons the parties
~have agreed upon.
usury.BLD Notice of usurious interest rate
~Under some state's laws, if usury is charged then the borrower
~may prevent the lender from refunding the interest overcharge
~and may secure the right to sue for penalties by giving a
~notice that the contract requests usurious interest.
