  98. TENANT shall not assign or sub-let or allow any other person to 
  99. occupy the leased premises without LANDLORD's prior written

  107. TENANT shall comply with all building, zoning and health codes 
  108. and other applicable laws for said leased premises.

  111. The premises shall solely be used for residential purposes.

  114. In the event of any breach of the payment of rent or any other 
  115. allowed charge, or other breach of this Lease, LANDLORD shall 
  116. have full rights to terminate this Lease in accordance with state 
  117. law and re-enter and claim possession of the leased premises, in 
  118. addition to such other remedies available to LANDLORD arising 
  119. from said breach.
