  83. unconditionally from any and all claims related to the above
  84. described publication including but not limited to claims of
  85. libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional interference

  87. whether legal, equitable or statutory. This release shall extend
  88. to any employees, agents, officers, shareholders, insurers and
  89. contractors of PUBLISHER and shall be binding on the heirs and
  90. assigns of CLAIMANT.

  94. The terms and conditions of this release agreement shall be
  95. confidential, and may not be disclosed to third parties, except

  99. (a) a response to a legal obligation to produce this document;

  103. fide business requirements of the PUBLISHER.

  109. completely review this agreement with advisors of their choice.

  116. related to this release other than those stated herein and this
  117. release states the entire agreement between the parties.
