  7. ~A polite reminder for a first notice when a bill is overdue.

  32. ~Pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code, this form is used to
  33. ~allow the debtor to request a statement as to the collateral
  34. ~currently pledged to the secured party. Pursuant to the U.C.C.
  35. ~the secured party must do so in most cases or may be responsible
  36. ~to the debtor for any losses. Frequently needed when a business
  37. ~is sold or recapitalized.
  38. deedinl.bld      Deed in lieu of foreclosure
  39. ~An agreement for a lender to accept a deed in lieu of 
  40. ~foreclosure. Includes all clauses for protection of lender.
  41. reinstat.bld      Reinstatement of mortgage
  42. ~Agreement for reinstatement of a mortgage or other secured loan
  43. ~which has been accelerated.
