  4. newcod.bld       Codicil- New Bequests
  5. ~This form prepares a codicil (amendment to a will). This form is
  6. ~used to make a new series of gifts.
  7. execcod.bld       Codicil- New Executor
  8. ~This form prepares a codicil (amendment to a will). This form is
  9. ~used to change the executor (personal representative) in a will.
  10. purccod.bld       Codicil- Purchase gift
  11. ~This form prepares a codicil (amendment to a will). If a person
  12. ~desires to make a gift in their will allowing a person to buy
  13. ~a piece of property for below its value, this form can be used
  14. ~to add this provision into the will.
  15. debtcod.bld       Codicil- Forgive debts
  16. ~This form prepares a codicil (amendment to a will). If a person
  17. ~desires to forgive a debt in a will, this codicil can be used
  18. ~to forgive the debt.
  19. kidcod.bld       Codicil- New child
  20. ~This form prepares a codicil (amendment to a will). If a person
  21. ~has a child born after the will was created, this codicil can be
  22. ~used to provide for the new child.
  23. marrcod.bld       Codicil- New spouse
  24. ~This form prepares a codicil (amendment to a will). If a person
  25. ~marries after preparing a will, this codicil can be used to 
  26. ~provide for the new spouse.
  27. lifecod.bld       Codicil- Life estate gift
  28. ~This form prepares a codicil (amendment to a will).
  29. ~This form is used to make a life estate gift that is not in the
  30. ~original will.
  31. reicod.bld       Codicil; Revival of previously revoked will
  32. ~This form prepares a codicil (amendment to a will). 
  33. ~This codicil restores (revives) a previously cancelled will.
  34. ~Although there are good reasons for the use of this form it is
  35. ~not generally desirable. It is better to do a new will rather
  36. ~than revive an old one.
