  19. RELEASE AGREEMENT

  22. @001, referred to as MOTHER, and @002, referred to 
  23. as ALLEGED FATHER, agree:

  26. MOTHER is pregnant in approximately the @300 tri-mester of
  27. pregnancy. MOTHER claims that ALLEGED FATHER is the FATHER of
  28. the child.

  31. ALLEGED FATHER disputes the claims of MOTHER and does not admit
  32. paternity of the child.

  35. The parties desire to resolve this matter without the
  36. uncertainties and expense of litigation. In consideration of the
  37. agreement herein MOTHER agrees that she will not bring any
  38. proceeding for paternity before any court or administrative
  39. agency. MOTHER herewith releases FATHER from any and all claims
  40. related to the paternity and support of the child.

  43. In consideration of the terms and conditions provided herein,
  44. ALLEGED FATHER shall pay to MOTHER the sum of $@007 (!007
  45. dollars), the sufficiency of which as adequate consideration is
  46. agreed, on or before |008. In the event that the consideration 
  47. is not timely paid this agreement shall be of no effect.

  50. This is the entire agreement between the parties. The provisions
