  25. RELEASE AGREEMENT

  28. @001, referred to as MOTHER, and @002, referred to 
  29. as ALLEGED FATHER, agree:

  33. @006. MOTHER alleges that ALLEGED FATHER is the FATHER of the
  34. child.

  37. ALLEGED FATHER disputes the claims of MOTHER and does not admit
  38. paternity of the child.

  41. The parties desire to resolve this matter without the
  42. uncertainties and expense of litigation. In consideration of the
  43. agreement herein MOTHER agrees that she will not bring any
  44. proceeding for paternity before any court or administrative
  45. agency. MOTHER herewith releases ALLEGED FATHER from any and 
  46. all claims related to the paternity and support of the child.

  49. In consideration of the terms and conditions provided herein,
  50. ALLEGED FATHER shall pay to MOTHER the sum of $@007 (!007
  51. dollars), the sufficiency of which as adequate consideration is
