  30. MODE.COM.  The location of this file is assumed to be your DOS
  31. directory, which is presented as a suggestion for startup
  32. directory.

  42. The suggested directory names indicate that you should place the
  43. work directory within the program directory.  This is a "tidy"
  44. arrangement, although it may not be the most effective.  To increase
  45. performance, you could place the work directory on a RAM disk.
  46. If you do, please make the necessary changes to TCMEND.BAT to copy
  47. all changed files from the RAM disk to a safe place on a hard disk
  48. or diskette.
