  26.         PAFRepl will allow you to change all occurances of one character
  27.         with another in any desired data file.

  32.         When PAF version 2.1 was released it required that you have an "!"
  33.         before each Family Group Entry in the NOTES data file.  In the
  34.         past, you had the option to  use any character you desired, but
  35.         this change was made to standardize this character to facilitate
  36.         sharing of information with others with the use of GIE.
  37.  
  38.         This little utility will allow you to change all occurances of one
  39.         character with another in any desired data file.  This should
  40.         eliminate the need to manually change all of your existing NOTES
  41.         entries.

  43.         PAFRepl was written in QuickBasic 4.0 with some additonal help
  44.         from Tom Hanlin's AdvBas routines.  Source code is available on
