  18.      complete the Enclosed Application and Upload it to The Tempdown BBS 
  19.      Located in Needham, Ma. at 617-444-5025. Your Application will be 
  20.      processed within 24hrs. and you will be up and Echoing in no time!
  21.      Please select the Conference you want to echo and List them in the
  22.      BaseNET Application (BASENET.APP) and you will be able to Echo those
  23.      conferences through your BBS.

  25.      If you want to Start a Conference, You have to contace the Net Host 
  26.      (The Home Base BBS) and tell them that you want to Start a Conference.
  27.      You will get a Conference Starting Application with you should Upload
  28.      to The Home Base BBS within 48hrs of Requesting it. and you then will
  29.      be given a Conference TAG and BaseNET will set-up your Conference. and
  30.      You will be the Moderator.
