  3.      1) No Swearing in the Main Echo's. Vulgar Language is Permitted in
  4.         the Adult Echo Only!
  5.  
  6.      2) NO ANSI Messages in the Echo's Except, For Sale, BBS Ads, General
  7.         Chat, and Adult Echo
  8.  
  9.      3) All Regional HUB's and Local HUB's must call into the Net Host
  10.         for Mail each Day. All Node's that are not local to the Net host
  11.         Must call into the Nearest HUB around their Area. 
  12.  
  13.      4) All HUB's, Regional HUB's, and Regional Coordinators MUST carry
  14.         all of the BaseNet conferences.
