  5.                         RAILYARDS - ARSON
  6.  
  7. Police aren't sure what motive lay behind a $325,000 arson at one
  8. of Canadian Pacific's railroad yards. It was July 20, 1992.
  9. Engineers had parked a bi-level railroad car overnight in the
  10. Montrose Yards, Niagara Falls. The railroad car was  delivering
  11. twelve new vehicles from the factory to a car dealership.
  12. Arson investigators believe that some time after 10:00 p.m.,
  13. suspects entered the Montrose Yards. They may have checked several
  14. other box cars on the tracks. The suspects climbed onto the
  15. railroad car and forced open a door to one of the vehicles. They
  16. stuffed newspapers under the seats and dash, then set the vehicle
  17. on fire. The fire quickly spread to other vehicles on the railroad
  18. car and suspects ran off. They left a dozen vehicles in flames
  19. behind them. The fire was discovered at 3:00 a.m. Units from the
  20. Niagara Falls Fire Department responded but the railroad car was
  21. completely engulfed in flames. If you have any information on this
